Mr. Alex Greear joined the NDDS zoning team in 2020 upon graduating from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Science & Policy. Throughout his years at FSU, Mr. Greear performed extensive research focused on urban planning, public policy and environmental case studies. This focused skill-set, along with his hands-on experience at NDDS, have fashioned him into a polished analyst. This has enabled him to provide the comprehensive zoning determinations required by our clients. His resourcefulness can provide the accuracy and execution of all services that will never leave a client unhappy.
He has helped facilitate multiple, nationwide portfolios as well as complex single sites representing large, multi-million dollar commercial transactions. His advanced communication skills have allowed him to successfully work with some of the largest Real Estate Law Firms, Lenders and Title Companies in the nation. These firms represent sophisticated buyers and sellers of commercial properties in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment, that involve diversified vertical markets. He is well versed in these markets that include medical office, multi-family, retail centers & malls, office, industrial, mobile home communities, casinos and other high-profile real estate assets. These transactions require an extensive knowledge into the understanding and translation of jurisdictional zoning codes.
Mr. Greear is an experienced and dedicated Account Manager that continues to create avenues and build helpful relationships with municipal officials across the nation. He has applied his educational diligence and resourcefulness to his work in our Zoning Division, making him an invaluable asset to our zoning team, our company and clientele.
