Mr. Alex Greear joined National Due Diligence Services (NDDS) in 2020 upon graduating from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Science & Policy. Throughout his years at FSU, Mr. Greear performed extensive research focused on urban planning, public policy and environmental case studies. This focused skill-set, along with his hands-on experience at NDDS, have developed him into a vital member of our team.
He has helped facilitate multiple, nationwide portfolios as well as complex single sites representing large, multi-million dollar commercial transactions. His advanced communication skills have allowed him to successfully work with some of the largest Real Estate Law Firms, Lenders and Title Companies in the nation. These firms represent sophisticated buyers and sellers of commercial properties in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment, that involve diversified vertical markets. He is well versed in these markets that include medical office, multi-family, retail centers & malls, office, industrial, mobile home communities, casinos and other high-profile real estate assets.
Mr. Greear is an experienced and dedicated Vice President that continues to create avenues and build helpful relationships across the nation. He has applied his educational diligence and resourcefulness to his work, making him an invaluable asset to our company and clientele.
