Kylie Moscovitz

Ms. Kylie Moscovitz joined the NDDS Zoning Division in 2020 upon graduating from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a strong focus on Microeconomic Theory and Analysis of Economic Data.  She excels in analytics of market mechanisms, the organization of industries, the commercial banking and credit system, and economic growth and development. During her time as an undergraduate student, she was a member of the Florida State University Chapter of the National Association for Business Economics (NABE).  She continued to build upon her educational skills expanding her interests into the real estate industry while working with a real estate firm in Tallahassee, Florida.

Ms. Moscovitz fit into the commercial real estate world with ease, entering with a deadline-oriented mindset and a calm attitude in a high-pressure environment. During her time at NDDS, Ms. Moscovitz has helped facilitate multiple nationwide portfolios and complex single sites representing large, multi-million dollar commercial transactions. Her communication skills have allowed her to successfully work with some of the largest Real Estate Law Firms, Lenders and Title Companies in the nation.  These firms represent sophisticated buyers and sellers of commercial properties involving a variety of vertical markets including medical office, multi-family, retail, office, industrial, mobile home communities, and other high-profile real estate assets. These transactions require an extensive knowledge into the understanding and translating of jurisdictional zoning codes. She has excelled in this arena all while continuing to create avenues and relationships with municipal officials all across the nation.

Ms. Moscovitz has applied her educational diligence in economics to her work in our Zoning Division, making her an invaluable asset to our company and clientele.
