Ms. Kayla Wellman joined National Due Diligence Services (NDDS) in 2021 as our Senior Assessment Coordinator. Kayla is responsible for maintaining the daily, administrative organization of the Assessment Division and associated projects. She acts as the initial point of contact for our clients, consults with them regarding their project needs, gathers the necessary site information and initiates a project per the client’s instructions.
Ms. Wellman’s advanced communication skills allow her to effectively work with some of the most sophisticated clientele in the commercial real estate arena. She initiates proposals and contractual agreements between NDDS and our clients, assures the proper execution and distributes the documentation to transactional parties. She corresponds, schedules and collaborates with our Professional Assessors (PA) and logistics teams to facilitate timely assignments to our network of field employees and cooperative firms.
Kayla is well-versed in the typical needs of our clients as it relates to a forthcoming transaction. She has an effective understanding of our key services including Environmental Site Assessments and the various Property Condition Reports, including the more comprehensive Equity Reports. She is a problem solver and acts as a direct conduit from our clients to our field PA’s and Report Techs that offer decades of experience in the Assessment venue.
