Kristina Rodreick

Zoning Department Manager

Mrs. Rodreick brings her extensive educational background and diverse public sector experience to the NDDS Zoning Department. Her education includes a Bachelor of Criminal Justice, Bachelor of Public Administration, and Master of Public Administration with a focus on interpreting and writing policies and codes as well as the application of urban and regional planning. After working hard in her studies, Kristina went on to work in community and land development.

She possesses five years of experience working in the public sector for one of Central Florida’s largest municipalities. This includes experience in residential and commercial plans review of surveys and construction drawings, analysis, application, and suggested changes of the Zoning Code, preparation of Land Use Plans, Preliminary Subdivision Plans, and Development Plans for the Development Review Committee, and compilation of Zoning Verification Letters.

Her determination, attention to detail, and strong work ethic make her an asset to National Due Diligence Services and we’re excited to have her as the Zoning Department Manager.
